Right to Rent – We’ve got it covered!
At Blinc Tenant Referencing we have gone above and beyond to make sure all of our clients comply with the Right to Rent Legislation. We have carried out extensive research with the home office and incorporated Right to Rent checks into our referencing system which has allowed us to make it part of our service at no extra cost. There is no need for our clients to do any additional work or administration in order to comply.
Our checks now include as standard full Right to Rent status checks, verifying the applicant’s nationality and all documents required to prove their Right to Rent in the UK, including Full ID Verification and Home Office Checks where applicable.
Right to Rent status checks are now an integral part of the referencing process, we have recognised this, which is why we are leading the field in tenant referencing innovation.
